The contact information should be easy to locate such as the upper right corner of the website, it could also be at the footer or sidebar. This can also include social media that is associated with your brand.

Hours of operation

If your business has a physical store, the hours of operation should be displayed somewhere on the website. This will help customers know when to come in, or call making. You should also have customer service hours which would be beneficial for customers using your products and services.

A Call-to-action button

These buttons should stand out on the page and explain what will happen if you click on it. This can include “buy now”, “free quote” or “add to bag” and many others like that. These CTA’s will help to engage with users.
